Are spectre and spectre XPS output file formats are the same

Hi Team, We are planning to migrate from spectre simulator to spectre XPS in near future for one of dotLib generation setup.We need two information to proceed for the migration. 1) Are the language syntax same in spectre and spectre XPS. 2) Are output files generated by both the simulators same. Please provide answer to both the queries. Thanks, Arvind
