Hi Kari Thanks for your reply. I am not sure exactly in what situation it is called VIABAR. Anyways, after finishing the PnR flow in Innovus, I import the the .gdsII and netlist file to virtuoso for checking the LVS and DRC. I think for 'single-cut vias' (a large big via), the DRC gives an error of VIABAR and I have to replace that VIABAR with two or more distanced smaller vias. In fact, I want to limit the Innovus tool in inserting those big troublesome vias.![]()
