I found out the reason!!!!! Everything is correct except that my ini file is READ ONLY. For some UNKOWN reaosn, Cadence need this file to be writable. After I maunually change this ini file property to writable, things go back to normal as before. As a shared ini file of our whole company, of course I need it to be READONLY in case of someone upload one local version. So how could I resolve this conflict? Thanks!![]()
