OrCad Captur CIS - How to replace to a new Title block with while keeping the fields data from the current Title block?

Hi, I have a new Title Block that I want to update in my already existing designs. Is there a way to replace the Title blocks while keeping the data in the fields from the original Title Blocks on each page? Thanks!
