This does not work with the version 6.17 we have, however we do have the button shown in the screen grab above, but all it does is the background colour and actually there are a whole slew of things I'd like to change to make the schematics legible on a white background. (such as the selection colours, text colours / font size, circuit line thickness & c.) The defaults for the dark background are not really light enough for me to be well contrasted on that background, nor dark enough to show up well on white either. The problem is that it is not clear (to me at least) the priority orders ofoptions that may be set in .cdsenv, .cds_env_personal .cdsinit display.drf (which it seems may be in more than one place in the file structure) or indeed if some display parameters can still be set by this xrdb method. Where should I be looking to find all this 'before you get going' stuff documented ? best regards MikeImage may be NSFW.
