Hello Nhumai, I guess that everything gets highlighted because the markNet Options are not correct. First of all, you need to make sure that you have defined "Stop Layers". For instance when stop layers are not defined, the source and the drain of a mos are seen as physically connected through the oxide and this is not correct. Therefore through the MarkNet Options form (hit bindkey F3) , in the last tab "Stop Layers" set that the Oxide is cut by the poly layer. Layer = Oxide and stopLayer = Poly. You have to do that for instances such as resistor, mimcap if used in your design. If your are in advanced node, you need to set that the poly is cut by a cut poly (CP). Thanks.![]()
