I'm having this issue as well. But, I'm having it with an nvidia 1050 graphics card and the latest drivers. And this is with a new kickass MOBO and i7 CPU. It's particularly bad when I'm trying to draw a new symbol and all the little icons on the tool bars update after every action. It's almost like ORCAD isn't taking advantage of 2D acceleration.Image may be NSFW.
