Without knowing which PDK (there are a lot of different TSMC processes) you're using, I doubt anyone can help you. It might also be difficult to respond without breaking the foundry's NDA - so it would be best to contact TSMC or whoever provides you with the PDK. Regards, Andrew.![]()
