By the looks of things you're looking at a modified version of analogLib provided by Mentor for use with Eldo. The standard Cadence analogLib has 6 parameters: Open voltage Closed voltage Open switch resistance Close switch resistance Multiplier Estimated operating region The other parameters (Model name/level, Other Eldo parameters and the second pair of Open/Close switch resistance) are coming from the Mentor implementation. Quite possibly you can use Options->Tool Filter to filter to see just the parameters for the simulator you're using. This does depend on the Eldo customisation following the convention to allow this filtering though. Regards, Andrew.![]()
