OK Mac helped me and I'm going to describe what he did to fix my Microsoft Access Database in the event it helps someone else in the future who is trying to setup their ODBC database for their organization. My Access database had some illegal field symbols that was causing the error I had specifically "?" The reason I had that symbol was because I put in some fields for my organization that I wasn't sure If I truly wanted to implement or not. That was causing the error screens shown in the pictures above. Make sure you do not use "?" or any Illegal symbols as any "field" or "table" names in Microsoft Access because it craps out when you are creating your XXXXX.DBC file in Orcad CIS. Orcad doesn't want to see a "?" character as a field name. Also make sure the Access database file is in XXXXX.MDB format when you link it as a source. Also use the wizard if you understand it, Its asking to match parameters 2 at a time on each screen.
