Hello, I would check the BB Via Stagger constraints to see what it is set to. It will need to be set something greater than "0" to prevent them from stacking on top of each other during Slide. This can be checked and updated in Constraint Manager under the Physical Domain. It would be best to update the value under the Physical Constraint Set so it applies across the entire design and it can be always overridden at the lower level objects, if necessary.
