First thing to check is whether you have Analog netlisting mode enabled. Type: cdfGetNetlistMode() in the CIW - it should return "Analog". If not, before you start virtuoso enter: setenv CDS_Netlisting_Mode Analog or export CDS_Netlisting_Mode=Analog depending on whether you're using csh (for the first) or bash/sh/ksh (for the second). You may need to do Netlist->Recreate after restarting virtuoso. It may not be that - I'd check the job log for ADE XL to see if there are any messages given.
