The solution proposed above is for OrCad PCB Designer / Allegro, the poster is requesting help for OrCad Layout. Did you check with your CM to see if they can use another data format? Some CMs Cam tools will accept OrCad .Min format, Gencad, or ODB++. Otherwise properly setting insertion origins will be painful. **Proceed with a backup of the original .Max file** Here's what can be done in layout: figure out all of the correct insertion origins for each individual footprint and update the information in the Layout .Max file Footprints spreadsheet.
