You need Export>More>Netlist w/Properties using the OrCAD menus. That will get you a "third-party" netlist, that will be a list of Packages and Connections, Device Files will be required to reuse the third-party netlist, you can create those from File>Export>Libraries (Export>More>Libraries from the OrCAD menus)![]()
