Alex, There are no public SKILL functions to do this (they're all private, currently). There's an existing CCR, 1259423, requesting public equivalents. You should contact customer support and request that a duplicate CCR is filed (please reference the CCR number above) to increase the likelihood of this being done sooner rather than later.
