Hi Karam, If you contact customer support and ask them to associate the case with the CCR I filed (they can do that, because it's filed as an internal CCR and doesn't yet have a case associated with it), then you'll be able to see the status on support.cadence.com. Otherwise a duplicate CCR can be filed for you linked to my master CCR. I can't do that because I don't know who you work for... Regards, Andrew.
