You must not be including the file with the definition of enm (otherwise you wouldn't have the error). I can't answer the details on that PDK (as I don't have access to it), but I would suggest using "grep" in the directory containing the models to see which files are defining it to ensure you're including the right files. The best solution (if that doesn't help, and if the documentation for the PDK doesn't help) is to contact Europractice (I'm assuming you're under the Europractice scheme given the process you're using) - their support link is here: http://www.europractice.stfc.ac.uk/contact_us.html .
