OK, first of all I modified your post to include the image directly in the post rather than a link to a google drive file (makes it easier to see). Secondly, there is no Virtuoso version 6.2.145 - you're referring to the MMSIM/spectre version number from the log file you've shown. However, the problem is almost certainly that you've not included the model files; assuming that you're running via the Analog Design Environment (ADE), this would be via Setup->Model Libraries. Because of this, your transistor models aren't defined and so spectre complains because it can't find a definition. The message about macro names (the parser error) is a little odd - not seen that before - so maybe you need to check what else you are including. Many PDKs add the models automatically into ADE, but maybe the design kit you're using doesn't? That said, you're using a 10 year old version of the simulator (not quite sure why), so maybe the parser error was a long-forgotten bug. That's not going to be the reason for the missing models though - that's just a setup issue in your environment. Regards, Andrew.
