The models (assuming you wanted to use them with spectre; you didn't say) would need some modification to provide some statistical parameters in the models. Currently these PTM models don't provide any parameterisation - they are just fixed parameter models. Since they're fictitious, adding parameters yourself is probably reasonable. This document Recommended Spectre Monte Carlo modeling methodology gives some info on how you might go about setting up the parameters and the statistics information for the analysis.
