What you should do is reference the PSPICE model via Setup->Simulation Files and then reference it in the Pspice Files section. This includes the file via a pspice_include statement in the netlist, which means that we then apply different compatibility criteria for it knowing that it's from pspice. You can also create pspice views in Virtuoso and paste in the model that way. Using spice3 compatibility mode is the wrong way to (try to) solve this. Regards, Andrew.
