Thanks Andrew, looks like worth trying the VIVA stuff. Actually I got a good luck by successfully inserting EPS in MS Word on my old computer (disabled the automatically updating of system patches long time ago). Well, I am all set now. People get used to using their old way to do things : ). If you could provide a link or a tutorial of using VIVA here, that might be helpful for others who happen to see this thread.
